PORTRAIT PRICES
We all like to know we’re getting value for money so here’s a quick expo on fees. My prices reflect the amount of time it takes to:
- capture a likeness of the person/people
- capture a likeness of all the props and places that I won’t have drawn before
- construct a compelling composition starting from scratch (because each portrait is completely different)
- create a palette of colours that complement each other and don’t conflict
Prices start at £149 for a dynamic drawing of one person – these take at least a full day to draw.
Couple portraits obviously take longer so they start at £169
Family and group portraits start at £219 as they take around 1.5 to 2 full days
Want to add a pet? Add £15
Want to add a house? Add £50
Evolution portraits are £199
Doodle portraits are £220 and I usually go around whimpering with my hand in a sling once I’ve finished adding the intense detail…
Big number (or big name) portraits which include as much jaw-dropping content as I can fit on the page, can take more than 2 days so they’re £250
’This is Your Life’ extravaganzas take 3-4 days (followed by a week of therapy lying down in a dark room with my right hand in a soothing poultice) so they’re £549
OFF-THE-PEG AND PET PRINT PRICES
Want to get your hands on some Fine Art for just over £50? Then order an off-the-peg print, a pet portrait or a personalised baby portrait.
This eye-popping, jaw-dropping ‘Bad Mums and Good Mums’ A4 costs £59. Please note that the idea is copyright protected but I can draw one for your neck of the woods.
These ‘Thank You Teacher’ prints are A4 and cost £59. Please note that the idea is copyright protected.
The ‘Congrats teacher!’ print can be personalised by my drawing your actual teacher and changing the colour of the uniform in line with your school. Personalised versions are £119.
These ‘New baby’ prints are A4 and can be customised with name and date of birth for £49. Cushion can be any colour of your choice. Please note that the idea is copyright protected.
Want to jumbo sized card with space for lots of messages from lots of people?
For £49 I can supply a second version of your drawing mounted to A4 card with a matching envelope. Perfect for when friends and colleagues want to club together to send good wishes.
These framed pet portraits cost £30-£35 including post and packaging and can be redrawn for the pet of your choice for the same price. See pet portraits in the drop down menu for more info.
FRAMING PRICES
Want to go the extra mile but don’t want the bother of DIY? Just ask me to frame your portrait for £49.
My premium frames are approx 12 x 17 inches with an aperture of A4.
I opt for a stylish black finish as standard because this sets off the black outlines in all my drawings. My frames can stand alone or be wall mounted.
I now front all my frames with plastic instead of glass – but don’t panic at the P word, I promise it looks as sparklingly good as glass and is less liable to scratch. It’s also much lighter so far easier for you to hang on the wall and safer to have on free standing display.
You can choose to organise the framing yourself if you prefer.
DELIVERY PRICES
Whatever you order, delivery is free if you live in Maidenhead. Alternatively customers can collect for free from the Maidenhead HQ.
Digital files
No delivery fee.
A4 Prints
UK delivery is £3.95. Prints are sent in a rigid envelope.
A4 framed prints
UK delivery is £11. I wish it was cheaper but at this cost the package is trackable, insured and delivered in one business day (though they sometimes arrive on the Saturday if despatched on a Friday). Royal Mail charges are based on size and weight and the package is rather large. Please note that when your portrait reaches it’s destination, it must be signed for.
A3 prints
UK delivery is 8.50. Prints are rolled and sent in a postal tube.
A3 framed prints
Please note that this only applies to ‘This is your Life’ portraits and portraits customers specifically request at A3 size.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The buyer understands and agrees that the copyright (the “Copyright”) to the Products are retained by the original artist compiling the Product, and that the transaction contemplated herein is not a sale or license to the Copyright to Buyer. Buyer agrees not to reproduce, copy or distribute the Product.
Or in layman’s terms – when I am commissioned to create a drawing, I retain full rights over it. I may re-use it for marketing purposes, include it in my portfolio, display it at Art Fairs etc. My lovely customers can enjoy the drawing only for the purpose paid, e.g. a one-off eye-popping print cannot be photocopied.
If you would like to turn your portrait into a set of cards at a later date, please ask my permission first. It’s worth doing so because for one thing I will be able to supply you with a better file. Please ensure my web address is clearly visible on the artwork for copyright reasons.

Please note that delivery in time for Christmas relies on speedy responses from you in terms of photos, info and final approval as well as speedy drawing from me.
